Gray is the owner and founder of OMNI Health & Lifestyle, an educational platform that delivers holistic lifestyle techniques and strategies to businesses, companies and individuals. Gray’s view of health and wellness is a synthesis of his education and experience: he has a BA in Fine Art, a four year Masters Degree in Chinese Medicine, and fifteen years of martial arts training in the United States and Asia. He believes that every person deserves a movement practice, a whole foods diet, ample outdoor activity, a rudimentary meditation practice and an artful environment. He teaches and facilitates all of these and more in a grounded and practical way through the 9 PALACES OF HEALTH, OMNI’s educational platform. Gray teaches Wu Style Tai Chi on a weekly basis, seasonal diet in quarterly classes, principles of Feng shui in seminars, and travels nationally for consultancy.
